• Network Connectivity:
  • Internet Connection: Wired or Wi-Fi (at least 10 Mbps upload speed)
• Browser Compatibility:
  • Lively Wallpaper is compatible with the following web browsers:
    • Google Chrome (version 78.0.3904.108 or later)
    • Mozilla Firefox (version 69.0 or later)

Installation Guide

To install Lively Wallpaper, follow these steps:

1. Download and Extract:
   • Download the latest version of Lively Wallpaper from our official repository.
   • Extract the contents to a directory on your system, such as C:\Lively Wallpaper (on Windows) or ~/Lively Wallpaper (on macOS).
2. Install Required Dependencies:
   • Install the required Python library (numpy) using pip: pip install numpy
3. Configure Environment Variables:
   • Set the following environment variables:
     • LIVELY_WALLPAPER_DIR: The path to the extracted Lively Wallpaper directory
     • PYTHONPATH: Add the path to the Python interpreter that was used to build Lively Wallpaper

Example command:

export LIVELY_WALLPAPER_DIR=/path/to/LivelyWallpaper
export PYTHONPATH=$LIVELY_WALLPAPER_DIR/lib/python3.x/site-packages

4. Run Installer Script:
   • Run the installer script using Python: python install.py

   • Implemented using Flask

Lively Wallpaper connects to the following APIs or services:

• Wallpaper API: A custom API endpoint that exposes information about installed wallpapers and allows users to change settings
  • Hosted on our own server (example: https://api.livewallpaper.com/)

4. Performance Considerations:
   • The wallpaper engine is optimized for performance using a combination of caching, parallel processing, and efficient graphics rendering techniques
